*IMPORTANT INFORMATION*

The zoom link to access the webinar is sent on the email registered at the time of registration and in a reminder email sent by the CPRLV two days before the event. It is also recommended to check if it is not in the junk mail.

The main objective of this presentation is to examine the question of social polarization through the lens of environmental issues. Indeed, the issue of climate change, or more broadly, of political ecology, seems to create within society forms of ideological polarization between citizens or between the different political forces that take up this issue. Environmental polarization is therefore the central topic of this training, which allows participants to question the different dimensions of this phenomenon and its manifestations.

Objectives:

Define social polarization
Establish the current state of the environmental issue in the political sphere
Analyze the different expressions of social polarization related to environmental issues
Distinguish the factors of vulnerability and protection in the face of social polarization
